VIP Design Day
After you send in an application, we'll connect over a short discovery call to zero in on exactly what you need and to make sure we're a good match! Discovery calls aren't your thing? That's okay, I also have the option to just email back and forth. If everything looks good, I'll send over your contract and invoice so we can get the ball rollin on our project together.
01 Discovery
After you've signed your contract and paid your invoice, I'll invite you to a shared Trello board that will have all your prep work you need to complete before our project start date together. This includes filling out a questionnaire, sending over brand photos and login info, writing website copy, and creating an inspo board on Pinterest.
02 Preparation
Time to create! On our project start date we'll begin with a short kick-off call and then I'll jump straight into designing. Throughout the project I'll send over your website and/or brand designs for review and approval just to make sure you absolutely are in love with the final product. This part of the process is all about collaboration and communication!
03 Design
Once you've approved all the design work, I'll start the website transfer over to your Showit account. I'll connect your domain, get your SSL certificate in place, and then we're ready to go live! This is also the time when I send over your branding files and my personalized Showit training videos to help you make any future edits to your new Showit website.
04 Launch

Ask yourself these questions: Does my brand and website match the growth and evolution that my business has experienced over the past XX months? Does my brand and website reflect the quality of my work? Does my brand and website feel in tune with my soul? Am I attracting the types of clients I actually want to work with? If you answered no to any of these, it’s probably time.
I design all my websites exclusively on Showit. I’ve chosen Showit because it’s a user-friendly drag-and-drop editor that has unmatched design freedom (plus no coding!). Their customer support really is great too which is an added plus.
What do you need from me before the project starts?
I require all website copy and photos to be sent over to me at least 48hrs before our project start date. I also have you fill out a questionnaire and a deliverables document. Don’t worry though! I send you detailed instructions and a checklist to make sure you never feel lost or overwhelmed. Plus, you get to book your own start date! That means you can work as quickly or slowly as you want.
For all of my clients I do a basic SEO package which includes writing alt text for your images + your meta titles and descriptions, optimizing your images (size), and designing your website to be mobile-friendly. All of these things help you to rank higher on Google.
Will I be able to update my Site myself after it’s built?
I’ve filmed my own Showit tutorials that I send to you after our project is finished. These videos walk you through the basics of Showit so that you can confidently make edits to your website in the future.
Yes! I have payment plan options for all my packages. All payment plans have no interest fees and no big upfront down payments/retainer fees. Payments are divided into equal installments and are due every 4 weeks. For more info on payment plans feel free to contact me.
